Yeah, just another boring flower pic.
I thought this flower was neat...almost like a firework or something.
One of these flowers came with every meal or drink I ordered at my resort in Fiji. These flowers had the most incredibly pleasing aroma.
I probably ordered this drink about ten times in my three or four days in Fiji. Fresh pineapple, mango, and I don't know (or care) what all else constituted this heavenly delight.
Every day I spent in Fiji saw excellent, sunny weather. Most of my time was spent working on my December tan.
Shawn took this pic of me playing some James Taylor in the living room/dining room/kitchen of our flat on Dundas Street.
This was one of my favorite things to do in New Zealand---flax diving. While on our trip to the Catlins region on the southern most portion of New Zealand's South Island, I discovered flax diving with several other Butler students. The flax is so thick that you can leap into it and come to a soft landing. It might not look so soft, but it really was quite cushy. But it was soooo much fun...what a rush!

I tried for quite some time to get a good picture of this flight map on the screen on the back of the seat in front of me. This was the best I could do. If you look closely, you can see where day and night are on the map. It was the middle of the night at this point in the flight. Shortly after taking the picture, we crossed the International Date Line, and I lost 24 hours of my life in a moment (but don't worry, they gave it back about 6 months later).
